Wanderlust // Morocco

Why Morocco? There has always been something quite intriguing and fascinating about Morocco to me - the people, the music, the food, the landscapes, the sights, the sounds. I couldn't believe that such a vastly different country could be such a short flight from London - so at the end of 2013 I ventured there to see it for myself.

Morocco is a heady mix of languages and traditions and is a great introduction to Islamic Africa. From excursions to the Sahara Desert to the seemingly endless mazes of the markets in Marrakech, it is a completely eye opening country to travel to and a must for any traveller.
